Plastic Smiles

In this competitive environment where people really don't want to keep any stone unturned to achieve success i guess we are missing something in our day-to-day life.I feel freshers joining organizations are far better than we experienced guys.......at least they are untouched from this rat race to prove themselves.....they don't have false egos.....they don't think that there is a cut- throat competition around......they are away from dollar dreams....they are more enthusiastic than we guys.......they are more genuine,more humble,more helpful......they don't have to find a sequestered place to have rounds of tea....:-)
People now are either too preoccupied with their mundane tasks or want to show that they are too busy....people nowadays don't even bother to say a "Hi".....and even if someone replies to your wishes there is no warmth in it.
I guess we guys are adopting too much professionalism in our daily life's........those campus days were far better when we use to laugh a lot when there was something to laugh.......at least we were not having dual identities.......sometimes i see guys around smiling on some issue but that smile too is bounded within boundaries........
i call these smiles "Plastic Smiles".
