Breaking Routine
For last three days i am waking up at 7 in the morning....this was something really difficult as i had a routine of sleeping till 8:30/9 but anyhow i managed to break that...nowadays i going to nearby park and doing work out for around 30 minutes which includes a 10 minutes walk and 20 minutes of exercise...and am feeling good about it. I hope I'll carry on with this new schedule....
