Wings of Mr.President

For quite long I was thinking of writing a post on Mr.President......on a person who scaled heights and attained a level that few dare to think off.
Few weeks' back I was going thru his Autobiography "Wings of Fire"......found it really interesting....... Though I've to ignore some technical jargons...
Never ever anyone would have thought that this small town child who once was on the streets of rameshwaram selling newspapers, who once had to mortgage his sister's jewellery to continue his studies at MIT........would become the first person of the largest democracy.
I guess very few of us would be aware of the fact that the
"The Father of Missile Technology" was shown the door by the air force interview selection board just because he was not articulate enough to answer few questions.
The tremendous amount of energy he is having at this age too is a source of inspiration for the upcoming young generation.
He is the person who was never taken aback by his part of debacles. In his own words "if you want to achieve something desire it intensely and be absolutely certain that it would happen".

Going by the name of his Autobiography "Wings of Fire",.........I must say that those were not only "Wings of Fire". .......but were "Wings of Imagination"............were " Wings of Grim Determination"................
Were "Wings of a Visionary".........were "Wings of Excellence"........

Hats off Mr. President

Memories

uhhhhhh.....for last week or two haven't written any post......reason behind schedule was quite hectic.....today morning only returned back from home-town.
though this time also it was a week-end trip.....but those serpentine roads, deep valleys, mighty mountains, chilling wind and a lot more things brought back some nostalgic moments of childhood days......and despite being tiresome gave sense
of déjà vu..........Yesterday while roaming around the famous Mall-Road was trying to find any friend of mine with whom i can share some golden moments..........
This city Nainital is really different.......It's scenic beauty,it's culture,it's people.....Awesome.
Some fact's abt. Nainital...

1. The city Nainital got its name upon the famous goddess Naini Devi.........It is believed that Lord Shiva, gone berserk after the death of his consort Sati, strode the earth like a colossus, with Sati’s half-charred body over one shoulder. As he passed over the lake, Sati’s left eye dropped there. The place was sanctified as the home of the Goddess Naina Devi (from naina, meaning eye).Naini Devi Temple is one of the 64 Shakti Peeths.

2. P. Barron, a british trader in sugar from Shahjahanpur and an intrepid traveler discovered Nainital in 1839.

3. Lakes around Nainital : Bhimtal,Naukutchia Tal,Sat Tal.

Look's are deceptive

Often what we see is not what is true, story may be different from what it apparently seems to be. ...."Grass always look's greener on the other side." Recently met a person who is employed with a good IT organization very humble, generous, vivid and lively in nature.........always thinking positive and trying to motivate other's.........Other day i was just having a conversation with him........suddenly he bursted into tears and told me abt. his childhood days ............. recalled that he was a street children who used to collect plastic/news-papers,etc.........for livelihood.......then some day one orphanage took him..........and one fine day a couple came and adopted him from that orphanage and took him to their home, treated him like their own child, educated him very well......and this fact that he is not this couple's child he came to know only months before his father died.
Now this gentlemen who once was facing a lots of hardships in life is a IT professional ...earning a good hefty amount now a days.....and donates around 30% of his monthly salary to 2 orphanages. What a nice way to payoff.
To some this may be a old hindi movie script but this is true ............
Well said ..............
