Inducting Twice

Just now am back after attending a induction program supposed to be attended by new joines ,though i am close to complete a year in the organization still i got a mail from HR stating it's mandatory to attend the program...i had no option but to attend the same...every induction is more or less the same....wherein HR people boasts about their presence across the globe,the increasing head count,the no. of offices present.......ohhh forgot to mention in-between HR guys will keep on reminding that employees comes first..."we care for you that's why we treat employees first than the customers"....there will a lot of hue and cry regarding employee satisfaction but bottom line is somewhat different from the rosy pictures shown in these programs/presentations....these guys are in habit of making lengthy policies but when it comes to implementation they back out from their stance...one such HR policy is about rotation of employees from one project to another....i've seen guys running from pillar to post when they had completed the no. of years or months in a particular project and now wants to change their project....but all their efforts had turned futile...
Well whatever the case may be......things keep moving and the gist of the story is that....
